She launched her brand Vanity in 1992, which ended up being one of the first luxury retail chains in Russia and was responsible for bringing brands like Christian Dior, Fendi and Bottega Veneta into the country. In 2012 she started Mila Anufrieva Luxury Lifestyle Atelier which offers consulting services in fashion and luxury sectors.
