Kevin Roche, born 6-14-1922, preceding his celebrity status in Architect, he graduated from University College Dublin in 1945 and immediately was hired by the famed Michael Scott, followed by a stint with Maxwell Fry in London during the latter part of 1946. He was accepted by Harvard, Yale, and the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1947.
As an accomplished Architect, his work included the Oakland Museum of California, The Ford Foundation in New York, and many other museums, theaters, corporate offices, and banks.
He completed many of Eero Saarinen (Arch.)'s unfinished works. Gyo Obata, Gottfried Bohm, and E Fay Jones were also His acquaintances.
